Background:
On April 25, 2023, a Local Agency Participation (LAP) Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation was presented to the Board to approve funding for the construction of ramps on each side of US17-92 near General Hutchinson Parkway to connect to the Cross Seminole Trail Overpass (CIP#02307102). The attached BAR will establish the grant revenue and expenditure budget associated with the construction portion of this project.
