an Order was issued giving the Respondents a compliance date of April 25, 2024.  
An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was filed by the Code Enforcement Officer after  
re-inspection on May 13, 2024.  
RECOMMENDATION: Based on the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order, the  
Code Enforcement Board issue an Order constituting a lien in the amount of $3,200.00 for 63  
days of non-compliance from April 26, 2024, through and including June 27, 2024 at $50.00  
per day, and the fine shall continue to accrue at $50.00 per day for each day the violation  
continues or is repeated after June 27, 2024.
