Background:
Seminole County is requesting a partial release of Amended and Restated Lease Number 4770 for portions of the leased premises (as defined in the Lease) that are no longer needed to fulfill the purpose of the lease as these portions will not be used as part of the Oviedo-Spring Hammock Trail project, now also known as the Cross Seminole Trail.
The requested release is for 4 segments located in historic downtown Oviedo and are more particularly described in attachments TIITF-1, TIITF-2, TIITF-3 and TIITF-4.
