Background:

This parcel (No. 157) has been identified as being needed for property interests necessary for the Orange Boulevard Improvement Project. The owner representative (G. Charles Wohlust as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert Flowers, deceased / Tax ID No. 20-19-30-501-0000-00D0) of the property located on the southerly side of Orange Boulevard, approximately 400± feet west of Dunbar Avenue, in Sanford, Florida, has agreed to sell and convey said property to Seminole County for the sum of $55,000.00 inclusive of all fees and costs.

 

The subject property is vacant and consists of 9,540 SF (0.219± acres).  The County’s appraised value was $55,000.00. The County’s offer was for the appraised amount of $55,000.00, which was accepted by the owner, inclusive of fees and costs.

Charles Wohlust as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert Flowers and Seminole County for $55,000.00, as full settlement of all claims for compensation from which Seminole County might be obligated to pay relating to the parcel.
