Under the authority of Seminole County Code 95.15, abatement actions were undertaken by the County to address an imminently hazardous nuisance consisting of an unfenced pool associated with a foreclosed home at 606 Cherokee Cir., Sanford, FL 32773; Tax Parcel #14-20-30-501-P00-0180. The Certificate of Cost Abatement lien was filed on October 1, 2020, Official Record Book 9721, Pages 1089-1092 in the amount of $823.50. Manzo & Associates, P.A. has satisfied the lien.
