Under the authority of Seminole County Code 95.15, abatement actions were undertaken by the County to address an imminently hazardous nuisance consisting of an unfenced pool associated with a foreclosed home at 2352 Sunny View Dr., Oviedo, FL 32765; Tax Parcel #27-21-31-503-0000-0030. The Certificate of Cost Abatement lien was filed on 12/14/2021, Official Record Book 10122, Pages 1225-1228 in the amount of $640.83 with an additional recording fee of $35.50 for a total of $676.33. Terano Financial LLC has satisfied the lien.
