Background:

Under the authority of Seminole County Code 95.15, abatement actions were undertaken by the County to address an imminently hazardous nuisance consisting of an unfenced pool associated with a foreclosed home at 104 Ichabod Tr. Longwood, FL 32750, Tax Parcel ID #02-21-29-516-0000-0030. The Certificate of Cost Abatement lien was filed on June 4, 2020, Official Record Book 9617, Pages 748-749 in the amount of $1,913.93 with additional interest fee of $297.33, totaling $2,211.26. Wedgewood LLC has satisfied the lien.
