Background:
The lease for the Lillie H. Green Community Center with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Inc. was approved by the Board on July 24, 2018 for a five (5) year term and two (2) optional five (5) year renewal periods. On November 5, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved the First Amendment to the Lease which added to Section 7 subsections (f), (g), and (h).
The proposed First Renewal renews the Lease for the first five (5) years from July 23, 2023 to July 22, 2028, unless terminated sooner as provided for in the Lease in Section 16 of the Lease Agreement.
