Background:

The subject property (Tax ID#31-19-30-300-0030-0000) has been offered to Seminole County as a donation.

 

The property is vacant and is located at the southeast corner of International Parkway and Wilson Road and is bounded on the south and east by property now owned by the State of Florida, Department of Transportation at the interchange of State Road 400 (I-4) and State Road 429.  It consists of approximately 0.588± acres of land.  A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was completed for this property and revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions on the site.

 

This property can be used in support of any possible improvements to International Parkway, Wilson Road, or another public purpose.
