Background:
Central Florida Lending, LLC, the owner of the neighboring existing single story commercial building next to the County’s out of commission Heathrow Water Treatment Plant, requests an easement for ingress-egress access to International Parkway and a few parking spaces on the County’s property. The easement would formalize the informal access and parking arrangement for these properties that the developer apparently intended and that has been in place for many years.
The existing plant site is scheduled for demolition and is not currently being used, so there is sufficient parking. Without this ingress-egress easement, Central Florida Lending, LLC would not have formal legal access to International Parkway.
