Background:

RFP-604473-22/TKH will efficiently provide catered meals to first responders, disaster victims, evacuees, and disaster operations staff in the event of an emergency within the County or affecting the County and residents, as specifically outlined in the scope of services.

This project was publicly advertised, and the County received three (3) proposals in response to the solicitation. The Evaluation Committee consisting of Aaron Funk, Operations Manager, Alan Harris, Chief Administrator, and Steve Lerner, Planning Manager, evaluated the proposals. Consideration was given to qualifications, experience, and overall approach; staffing and management plan; and the price proposal. The Evaluation Committee recommends award of the Agreements to all three (3) responsive, responsible proposers.

These Agreements will take effect on the date of execution by the County and will continue for a period of three (3) years. At the sole option of the County, these Agreements may be renewed for two (2) successive periods not to exceed one (1) year each. Authorization for services will be in the form of written Purchase Orders issued and executed by the County.
