This case was originally heard by the Special Magistrate on May 12, 2022 and an Order was issued giving the Respondent a compliance date of July 14, 2022.
An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was filed by the Code Enforcement Officer after re-inspection on July 15, 2022.
RECOMMENDATION: The Special Magistrate issue an Order imposing a lien in the amount of $18,200.00 for 182 days of non-compliance from July 15, 2022, through and including January 12, 2023 at $100.00 per day, and the fine will continue to accrue at $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues or is repeated after January 12, 2023.
