Background:
Seminole County Office of Emergency Management seeks to renew a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Harvest Time International, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, to formalize the use of Harvest Time’s facility at 225 Harvest Time Drive, Sanford, Florida, as a donation and shelter site during emergencies. Harvest Time will make the facility available for donation management, logistical staging, and sheltering, subject to safety and operational considerations.
