Background:
Under the authority of Seminole County Code 95.15, abatement actions were undertaken by the County on October 11, 2023, to address an imminently hazardous nuisance condition consisting of an unfenced pool at a home located at 102 Huntswood Ct., Longwood, FL 32750 Tax Parcel #36-20-29-503-0000-0030. Due to the County’s efforts a Certificate of Cost of Abatement lien was filed on 12/19/23, Official Record Book 10554, Pages 705 - 708 in the total amount of $1,639.90. This is the first Certificate of Costs of Abatement lien filed on the subject property. The subject property was sold by Mark Pommerening to Anthony Prisciandaro, Trustee of the AAHS of Florida Trust dated September 19, 2022, on June 7, 2024. Legal Counsel P.A. has fully satisfied the lien on June 18, 2024.
Requested Action:
Staff requests that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Satisfaction of Lien in the amount of $1,639.90 to satisfy and release the Certificate of Costs of Abatement associated with the property located at 102 Huntswood Ct. Longwood FL 32750 and recorded against Uwe A. Pommerening - Enhanced Life Estate.
