Background:
Under the authority of Seminole County Code 95.15, abatement actions were undertaken by the County on September 1, 2023, to address an imminently hazardous nuisance condition consisting of an unsecured pool at a home located at 508 Oakhurst Street, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701; Tax Parcel #12-21-29-5BD-5800-0170. Due to the County’s efforts, a Certificate of Cost of Abatement Lien was recorded on 12/20/23, Official Record Book 10554, Pages 709-712 in the amount of $2,195.20. On May 16, 2024, VIC Fidelity Title Corporation satisfied the lien.
Requested Action:
Staff requests that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Satisfaction of Lien in the amount of $2,195.20 to satisfy and release the Certificate of Costs of Abatement lien, associated with the property located at 508 Oakhurst Street, Altamonte Springs, FL; filed against Legion Real Estate LLC, Cardiff Howell, Registered Agent.
