Background:
A necessity exists for certain easement interests now owned by Seminole County (Parcel Nos. 112.2, 140.05 and 141.03) to be terminated related to the Florida Department of Transportation for the State Road 400 (I-4) road improvement project (FDOT FP#242592-4).
