Background:
As part of the infrastructure and facilities improvements on the Five Points campus, Seminole County is completing electrical utility improvements associated with the Central Chiller Plant located at 208 Eslinger Way and near the Fleet building at 141 Bush Loop. The proposed easements, situated at different locations, will allow Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) to install and maintain electrical facilities to provide power to new chillers serving the Five Points campus and additional electrical facilities near the Fleet building.
The sketches and legal descriptions for the Easement cover three separate areas within the 5 Points Campus. Exhibit “A” identifies an easement area of approximately 229 square feet. Exhibit "B" identifies an easement area of approximately 445 square feet. And Exhibit "C" identifies an easement area of approximately 12,068 square feet. The County Attorney's Office has reviewed the FPL easement form for legal sufficiency.
