Background:
Deleon Street, running north and south and between Florida Avenue and Howard Avenue is a paved public roadway. It has been in the Seminole County Maintenance System by way of maintenance and repair continuously and uninterruptedly by Seminole County for over seven (7) years.
By operation of Section 95.361, Florida Statutes (2024), title to a portion of Deleon Street, as described and depicted on the attached maintenance map, has already vested title for this road in Seminole County. The Board’s approval of this map and filing it in the public records will provide prima facie evidence in the public records of the County’s ownership of these roads.

Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Maintenance Map for a portion of Deleon Street and direct this map to be recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County.
