Background:
Per Sections 336.05, Florida Statutes and Chapter 90 of the Seminole County Land Development Code, the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners may name and rename streets and roads lying outside the boundaries of any incorporated municipality.
The adoption of this Resolution will result in no property addresses being affected.
Requested Action:
Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Resolution naming a street from Unnamed Right of Way to Fern Park Boulevard.
