Requested Action:

Staff requests the Board adopt the Resolution approving the sale of Abbey Delray for the purpose of providing funds to pay the costs of additions, renovations, remodeling, equipping and miscellaneous capital improvements to the Village on the Green Project in the amount not expected to exceed $10,000,000
