Background:

As a condition for a permit, the Florida Department of Transportation requests the County execute the Construction and Maintenance Agreement to install and maintain a 10-foot shared path as specified in the Landscape Plans (Exhibit B) of the Agreement.  Portions of the sidewalk will also be removed and replaced according to the landscape plans (Exhibit B) of the Agreement. 

Requested Action:

Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution and a Landscape Construction and Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the Rolling Hills Area Roadways Phase 1 project on SR 434 from 400-ft West of Raymond Avenue to Raymond Avenue in Seminole County.
