Background:
Seminole County and Elevation High School desire to enter into an agreement for the County’s third-party provider to make existing micro-transit services available for travel to and from Elevation’s campus at no cost to riders. The agreement begins upon County execution and continues through June 30, 2027, with one optional two-year renewal at the County’s discretion. The payment structure will be usage-based billing, where Elevation pays monthly for actual trips taken based on rates in Exhibit A.
