Background:

The Department of Justice has released a Notice of Funding opportunity for the FY 2026 Bridging Immigration-Related Deficits Experienced Nationwide Program.  SCSO will be submitting an application for the development of software and purchase of associated hardware to collect and analyze law enforcement investigative information to counter gang, drug and human trafficking activity within Seminole County.

The grant application requires the Chief Executive of Seminole County to sign the Certification and Assurances by the Chief Executive of the Applicant Government document, which has been attached to this email. 

Requested Action:
