Background:

Seminole County is in the process of completing construction of the new Justice James E.C. Perry Annex building located in the City of Sanford at Five Points Complex. Potable water service is provided by the City of Sanford to the Five Points Complex. To support the utility improvements at Five Points Complex, a new backflow assembly was constructed at the intersection of Eslinger Way and N US Hwy 17-92 with a new 12” service line installed under the roadway of N US Hwy 17-92. The constructed improvement will be conveyed to the City of Sanford.

 

Requested Action:

Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the execution and recording of both an easement and bill of sale to the City of Sanford for potable water service on property owned by Seminole County to support the new Justice James E.C. Perry Annex building.
