Background:

Parcel #1-866 has been identified as necessary for a drainage easement necessary to support the Midway Drainage Improvement Project. The property owner Noel Guzman (Tax ID #33-19-31-507-0000-1350), is located at 2340 Jitway, on the west side of Jitway, approximately 120 feet (0.02 miles) south of Midway Avenue, in Sanford, Florida. The owner has agreed to sell and convey the drainage easement to Seminole County for $10,020.00, inclusive of all fees and costs.

The parent property, measuring approximately 0.10 acres, is improved with a single-family residence and ancillary structures. The County’s valuation of this acquisition is $5,600.00, which includes a cost-to-cure component to ensure the owner is made whole. The County’s incentivized offer of $10,020.00, inclusive of all fees and costs, was accepted by the owner.
