Background:

Seminole County Parks and Recreation is committed to partnering with skilled and qualified professionals to deliver high-quality recreational fitness programs to Seminole County residents. Flock Fitness, LLC has been a valued partner in providing fitness classes at Red Bug Lake Park and Sylvan Lake Park and the Department now seeks to amend the existing Facilities Use Agreement to expand their offerings to include Greenwood Lakes Park. This amendment will enhance access to fitness programming for residents at multiple locations within our park system.  The attached Amendment has been carefully reviewed and is designed to be mutually beneficial for all parties involved.

Requested Action:

Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Second Amendment to the Facilities Use Agreement between Seminole County and Flock Fitness, LLC to provide additional recreational fitness programs to Seminole County residents.
