Background:
The traffic signal at the intersection of West Lake Mary Boulevard and Wheelhouse Lane was originally installed for the development in 2017. The previous owners have sold the property and the new owners are Griffin Retail Center LLC and Griffin Retail Center JR LLC. The purpose of this agreement is for Seminole County to continue the maintenance of the traffic signal in accordance with the terms of the new Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement.
Requested Action:
Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement between Griffin Retail Center LLC, Griffin Retail Center JR LLC and Seminole County for the maintenance of the traffic signal at West Lake Mary Boulevard and Wheelhouse Lane.
