Background:

The Amanda Street Improvements project (CIP#02407074/CIP#02507059) will reconstruct Amanda St from Jackson St to Anchor Rd. An amendment to the scope of work provided by Moffatt & Nichol will provide final design engineering services to reconstruct the roadway and provide sidewalk, curb and gutter with adding a stormwater pond as required by the St Johns River Water Management District.  The estimated cost for this work is $242,732. There is currently $148,480 available in the project. An additional $94,253 is needed to cover this work order amendment.

The attached BAR will allocate $94,253 from Mobility Fee Core District Fund reserves. Current reserve budget is $645K.

Requested Action:

Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing Budget Amendment (BAR) #25-038 in the Mobility Fee Core District Fund to transfer $94,253 from reserves for final design for Amanda Street Improvements.
