Background:
Section 10 of the SCTID Ordinance requires that the Board shall establish by resolution the SCTID Advisory Board to administer the SCTID and to make recommendations to the Board on implementation of the Services and Improvements described in the SCTID Plan. This Resolution creates Seminole County Administrative Code, Section 4.50 Seminole County Tourism Improvement District Advisory Board, which provides the purpose, duties and responsibilities, management of funds for the SCTID, membership structure, legal and staff assistance, and dissolution of the SCTID Advisory Board.
Requested Action:
