Background:
CC-5051-23/MAG provides construction services for a new multiuse shower and restroom facility at the Seminole County Fire Training Center.
Change Order #2 will provide for additional Construction services, to include HVAC and associated components (Electrical & Plumbing) to this Building.
The following is a Cost Summary of this Agreement:

Change Order #1: Time Extension (No Change in Price)
Change Order #2: Add HVAC and Associated Components (+$116,989.50)
Revised Agreement Total: $514,130.50

Staff requests the Board approve Change Order #2 to CC-5051-23/MAG - Construction of Fire Training Center Shower and Restroom Building Addition, in the amount of $116,989.50, with Orange Avenue Enterprises, LLC. and authorize the Purchasing and Contracts Division to execute the Change Order.
