Background:

Under the authority of Seminole County Code 95.15, abatement actions were undertaken by the County on March 1, 2024, to address an imminently hazardous nuisance condition consisting of an unfenced pool at a home located at 102 Huntswood Ct., Longwood, FL 32750 Tax Parcel #36-20-29-503-0O00-0030. Due to the County’s efforts a Certificate of Cost of Abatement lien was filed on 05/01/24, Official Record Book 10620, Pages 1955 - 1958 in the amount of $1,358.67.

This is the second of Certificate of Cost of Abatement filed on the subject property regarding a nuisance pool. Initially, the fence contractor attached the fence to the pool enclosure. The pool enclosure was in disrepair and the contractor had to disconnect the fencing from the enclosure, thereby adding more material and labor to secure the pool.

The subject property was sold by Mark Pommerening to Anthony Prisciandaro, Trustee of the AAHS of Florida Trust dated September 19, 2022, on June 7, 2024. Legal Counsel P.A. has fully satisfied the lien on June 18, 2024.
