Background:
RFP-604701-24/MHH will obtain multiple staffing agencies that can augment existing Information Technology staff as necessary to accomplish required tasks in a timely and efficient manner and provide IT services expertise that current employees either don’t have the time or knowledge to complete. Projects will be defined as they become known and are prioritized and funded.
This project was publicly advertised, and the County received eighty-nine (89) proposals in response to the solicitation, fifteen (15) of which were deemed non-responsive. The Evaluation Committee consisting of Jeffrey Leveroni, DEP Chief Information Officer, Clint Patterson, Information Technology Service Manager, Joel Templo, Program Manager II, and Ed Beracoechea, Program Manager II, evaluated the proposals. Consideration was given to the respondent's qualifications and past performance, project understanding, project approach, and cost. The Evaluation Committee requests award to the top-ranked firms, 3Di Inc., Brea, CA, California Creative Solutions Inc., Poway, CA, Cambay Consulting LLC, Katy, TX, Compu-Vision Consulting Inc., North Brunswick, NJ, Crystal Data LLC, Marlton, NJ, Eight Eleven Group, Indianapolis, IN, Innovative Systems Group of Florida, Orlando, Kavaliro, Orlando, Kforce Inc., Tampa, Lumen Solutions Group Inc., Parkland, Moten Tate Inc., Orlando, MoxieIT Solutions Inc., Ashburn, VA, Visium Resources Inc., Maitland, and SGS Technologie, Jacksonville.
Authorization for performance under these agreements will be in the form of written Purchase Orders issued and executed by the County. Each project will be quoted between the fourteen (14) awardees. The agreements will take effect on the date of execution and remain in effect for a period of three (3) years. At the sole option of the County, the agreements may be renewed for two (2) successive periods not to exceed one (1) year each. The estimated annual amount for this project is $200,000.00.
