Background:
The Old Lake Mary Rd Sidewalk Project (CIPs #01785248, 02507050) will include adding sidewalks and drainage improvements along the west side of Old Lake Mary Rd between Pine Ridge Rd (North of Airport Blvd) and W. 25th Street. At the July 22, 2025, BCC meeting, the Board approved an interlocal utility relocation agreement with the City of Sanford. The city will contribute costs to relocate the reclaimed water main located on Old Lake Mary Rd. The agreement stated the city will contribute $54,228 toward this cost.
The attached BAR will recognize this revenue provided by the City of Sanford related to this water main relocation.

Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing Budget Amendment (BAR) # 25-054 in the Public Works Interlocal Fund to appropriate funding in the amount of $54,228 for the Old Lake Mary Rd Sidewalk Project.
