Background:

This currently undeveloped property had been identified as a necessary acquisition for the County to complete the existing Roseland Park ownership, provide connection to the proposed Midway Loop Trail, and provide public access to the existing lakefront. The owners, Stanley and Edith Mgbeojirikwe, of the property located at the south end of Roseberry Lane in the Roseland Parks subdivision in unincorporated Seminole County, Florida, have agreed to sell and convey the property to Seminole County for the sum of $85,000.00, inclusive of all fees and costs.

The property is vacant and consists of .29 + acres of land. The County obtained an appraisal of the property which concluded that the market value of the fee simple interest in the subject property is $82,100.00. The County’s offer for this parcel is $85,000.00, which was accepted by the owner, inclusive of all fees and costs.
