Background:
Agreement will allow access to the Geneva (Landfill/Lake Harney) Tower Site to expand cellular services in Northeast Seminole County. There is no cost to Seminole County for the use of this space. Verizon Wireless will be charged rental space to cover any related operational and maintenance costs.
Requested Action:
Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Communications Tower and Site Lease Agreement between Seminole County and Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for use of Geneva (Landfill/Lake Harney) tower space.
