Background:
Parcel #1-875 has been identified as necessary for a drainage easement for the Midway Drainage Improvement Project. The owners, G. Charles Wohlust, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Janice Braker and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lillie McGriff (Tax ID #33-19-31-507-0000-2280), have agreed to sell and convey this easement to Seminole County for $4,020.00, inclusive of all fees and costs. The property is located at the northeast corner of Dolarway and Midway Avenue in Sanford, Florida.
The parent property is improved with a single family residence and ancillary improvements and consists of 0.19 ± acres of land. The County’s valuation of this acquisition is $2,100.00; a portion of which includes the cost to cure to make the owners whole. The County’s incentivized offer amount was $4,020.00 and was accepted by the owners, inclusive of all fees and costs.
