Background:

The Nebraska Ave Bridge Replacement Project (CIPs#02007102/ 02407080) will replace the bridge on Nebraska Ave to increase the conveyance capacity of the crossing and reduce erosion by re-grading and stabilizing the channel along 200 ft of Nebraska Ave. This project includes cost share with the state utilizing Resilient Florida grant funds, where the state agreed to pay 50% of Construction, CEI, and Design.

The construction bid for this project is $1,163,000, CEI Services $195K and post design $26K. There is currently $497K currently available in the Sales Tax Fund for the project, exclusive of other outstanding commitments. The attached BAR will add $886K to the project. This BAR will add those funds back. A cost table is attached.
