Background:
Per Section 336.05 Florida Statute (2025) and Chapter 90 of the Seminole County Land Development Code, the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners may name and rename streets and roads located within unincorporated Seminole County.
The adoption of this resolution will result in the street signs for Timbercove North and Timbercove South being changed to reflect North Timbercove and South Timbercove. All abutting property addresses to Timbercove North and Timbercove South will not be affected by this renaming.
