Background:
IFB-5228-26/AES, Residential Roofing Services, will provide roofing repairs and replacements on residential projects identified through Seminole County Community Services' programs.
The project was publicly advertised, and the County received twenty-six (26) total responses.
The Review Committee consisting of Paul Pendang, Project Manager I; Storm Tackett, Project Manager I; and Tadine Diaz, Housing Division Service Division Manager, reviewed the responses and recommends award to the six (6) lowest priced responsive, responsible bidders, Central Florida Equity Builders, Oviedo, Fl.; Emprise Partners LLC, Apopka, Fl.; Heart of Florida Roofing, Kissimmee, Fl.; Pat Lynch Construction, Orlando, Fl.; Roof Lab, LLC, Melbourne, Fl., and Ulloa Management Group, Saint Augustine, Fl. Consideration was given to past performance, qualifications and bid price.
Authorization for performance under these Agreements will be in the form of written Purchase Orders issued by the County. The Agreements will take effect on the date of its execution and remain in effect for three (3) years. At the sole option of the County, the Agreements may be renewed for two (2) successive periods not to exceed one (1) year each. The estimated annual amount for this project is $400,000. The budget for this item is determined by SHIP (State Housing Initiatives Partnership) funding, located under account business unit #06672425.
The attached backup documentation includes the Tabulation Sheet, Notice of Recommended Award, and the Award Agreements, including the scope of services, which has been provided as part of this agenda item.
