Background:

This parcel has been identified as being needed for a utility easement necessary for the Howell Cove Lift Station Replacement Project. The owners (David Wilton and Elissa Wilton/ Tax ID No. 23-21-30-502-0M00- 0090) of the property located on the east side of Jericho Drive, approximately 300± feet south of Munsey Place in Casselberry, Florida, have agreed to sell and convey this utility easement to Seminole County for the sum of $2,180.00 inclusive of all fees and costs.

Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Purchase Agreement related to a utility easement necessary for the Howell Cove Lift Station Replacement Project (300± SF) between David Wilton and Elissa Wilton for $2,180.00, as full settlement and any other claim for compensation from which Seminole County might be obligated to pay relating to the parcel.
