Background:
RFP-604515-23/GCM provides management consulting services, and objective subject matter expertise to Seminole County, to help achieve the outcomes and objectives defined for the risk management information system, Origami Risk. The objective of the agreement is to fully implement Origami Risk, a program used to better prepare for, mitigate, and manage potential and actual risks of the County. Amendment 2 expands the scope of services to progress to the next stage of the implementation process. This amendment also increases the Contract time by one (1) calendar year to September 9, 2027, to complete the County’s implementation goals for this program. No additional funds are requested.
Requested Action:
Staff requests the Board Approve Amendment 2 to RFP-604515-23/GCM, Risk Management Information System Services, with Redhand Advisors, LLC Milton GA, (1) calendar year to September 9, 2027, and authorize the Purchasing and Contracts Division to execute the Amendment.
