Background:
This parcel (No. 117) has been identified as being needed for property interests necessary for the Hillview Drive Drainage Improvement Project. The owner (Terry Upson, Jr. / Tax ID No. 22-21-29-300-0500-0000) of the property located at 519 Hillview Drive on the south side of Hillview Drive, approximately 394± feet (0.07 miles) west of McNorton Road, in Altamonte Springs, Florida, has agreed to sell and convey needed property interests to Seminole County for the sum of $17,560.00 inclusive of all fees and costs.
The property is vacant and consists of 0.06± acres of land. The County’s valuation of this acquisition is $10,800.00. The County’s incentivized offer amount was $17,560.00, which was accepted by the owner, inclusive of all fees and costs.
