Background:
This property has been identified for acquisition for the County to have the ability expand the Indian Hills Water Treatment Facility, consistent with the Utilities Master Plan. The owners, David J. Vobornik and Gayle C. King, of the property located along Wilshire Boulevard, adjacent to the water treatment facility in unincorporated Seminole County, Florida, have agreed to sell and convey the property to Seminole County for the sum of $135,000.00, inclusive of all fees and costs.
