Background:
Parcel #1-834 has been identified as being necessary for a drainage easement for the Midway Drainage Improvement Project. The owners, Angela Scott and G. Charles Wohlust, as Personal Representatives of the Estate of Alice Mae Franklin (Tax ID #32-19-31-513-0000-1480) have agreed to sell and convey this drainage easement for $13,480.00, inclusive of all fees and costs.
