Background:
Administrative Code 4.12 establishes how often and who will comprise the Floodplain Management Plan Committee for the review and rewrite of the document. This is done every five (5) years, as part of the Community Rating System and National Flood Insurance Program. Since some of the titles have changed over the last five years, this will correct the Administrative Code with the new title and position names. The changes are administrative only.
Requested Action:
Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Resolution to adopt the new Administrative Code 4.12 with appropriate administrative changes.
