The property is vacant and consists of approximately 0.21 ± acres of land. The County’s valuation of its interest in this acquisition is $32,000.00. The County’s binding written offer for its portion of interest was $46,530.00. After negotiations with the family and their attorney, a settlement was reached at $103,022.18, inclusive of all fees and costs.
