Background:
Attached is the proposed Fiscal Year 2026/27 Service Funding Agreement between Seminole County and the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX). This Agreement includes Fixed Route Busses, NeighborLink, and ParaTransit Services. The funding agreement totals $11,745,651, broken into the following services:
$2.9M Fixed Route
$8.7M ParaTransit
$0.1M Capital Contribution
The agreement is consistent with costs presented by LYNX to the Seminole County BCC in June, 2026 and included in the FY27 approved budget. The costs are subsidized by $1.8M in budget stabilization reserves.
