Background:
This memorandum of understanding between Seminole County and Rescue Outreach Mission supports the relationship with the organization in housing individuals experiencing homelessness during times of disaster. It provides guidelines for the support given to the shelter when an emergency occurs, or a local state of emergency is executed.
Requested Action:
Staff requests the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Memorandum of Agreement with Rescue Outreach Mission for emergency sheltering.
