Background:
Resolution replacing the Seminole County Library Long Range Plan 2017-2022 with the Seminole County Library Long Range Plan 2023-2028; and providing for an effective date. The previous Seminole County Library Long Range Plan was approved by the Board of County Commissioners, to qualify for State Aid to Library funds currently, available the Seminole County Library Long Range Plan must be replaced with a new five-year plan.
