Background:

A necessity exists to subordinate certain interests currently owned by Seminole County (FDOT Project Parcel Nos. 123.8, 139.5, 140.04, 141.04) to the Florida Department of Transportation for the State Road 400 (I-4) Improvement Project (FDOT FP#242592-4).                     

 

Requested Action:

Staff requests the Board approve and adopt a Resolution authorizing the Chairman to execute a Subordination of County Drainage and Utility Interests in property (FDOT Project Parcel Nos. 123.8, 139.5, 140.04, 141.04) for the State Road 400 (I-4) Improvement Project (FDOT FP#242592-4).
